Where are the goods shipped from?
The goods are shipped from Bratislava, where we also operate an online shop stickerwood.com
How long will it take to receive the products I ordered?
We usually dispatch products the next working day. It also depends on the shipping method, but the goods will arrive to the customer no later than 1-6 working days after ordering.
What is the warranty on the goods?
All goods purchased in our online shop are covered by a 24-month warranty. If purchased for a company, it is 12 months. For some products the warranty is extended.
How about exchanging purchased items?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused goods for up to 30 days from the date of purchase and we will exchange them for another. In case of different prices of the goods, an invoice will be issued for the price difference incurred. The exchange of goods is subject to the general terms and conditions and the returns policy.
What are the payment options on your site?
You have several payment methods to choose from:
