General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery stickerwood.com
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing:
1. Order
The purchase contract on the basis of which the sale of goods is made by the seller to the buyer is formed by the binding confirmation of your order.
Orders over 100 € are verified by telephone in order to avoid any false order to your address or an error in the quantity ordered.
By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he/she has been duly informed about the conditions and method of claiming the goods, including information on where the claim can be made, in accordance with § 18 paragraph 1 of Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on consumer protection and other related regulations.
2. Order cancellation
(a) by the buyer
You can cancel your order within 12 hours after its confirmation directly in the Customer section of the website or at hello@stickerwood.com
b) by the Seller
The online shop stickerwood.com is a mail order service of Ing. Matúš Slovák hereinafter referred to as the company. The prices quoted for the products are after VAT discount, as the company is not subject to VAT.
We reserve the right to cancel an order or part of it in the following cases:
The order could not be verified ( incorrect phone number, repeatedly unavailable, customer does not reply to emails…)
3. Warranty conditions
Purchased goods are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer.
The right to warranty expires if the defect was caused by mechanical damage to the product, use of the goods in unsuitable conditions, or failure of the buyer to follow the relevant instructions. Defects caused by improper handling are also excluded from the warranty. A change (characteristic) of the goods that has occurred during the warranty period as a result of wear and tear, improper use, insufficient or improper care, natural changes in the materials from which the goods are made, as a result of any damage by the buyer, or other improper intervention cannot be considered a claimed defect. Repairable defects are those defects which can be rectified by repair without detriment to the appearance, function or quality of the goods. The Buyer shall be entitled to a refund if the same remediable defect has been repeated three times consecutively on the same product.
Only goods that are clean, free of all dirt, in their original packaging, with all accompanying documents (purchase invoice) can be claimed. (Goods sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted.) Goods can only be exchanged if they are returned with their original packaging and with all vacuum cleaners and labels and have never been used!
4. Shipping
Goods are sent via International Post or Packeta.
5. Payment methods
100% of the total price (including postage) is paid for the ordered goods in advance to the account based on the issued advance invoice and under the variable symbol indicated on the invoice, or it is paid upon receipt of the goods. Never pay the advance payment arbitrarily, always wait for the advance invoice to be sent.
6. Complaints Procedure
How to make a claim:
a) The goods claimed must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice – both advance and final).
b) it is necessary to describe legibly the defect and how it manifests itself
c) the goods must be sent with all the parts with which they were delivered, without any contamination, they do not have to be in their original packaging.
d) the seller is not liable for damage to the goods caused by improper handling, negligent handling or external events. Seller is not responsible for damage to the goods by the carrier.
Complaints are handled immediately if possible, in the worst case within the statutory period of 30 days. The handling of claims is governed by the Civil Code.
In the event of a legitimate claim, a refund is possible in the same way as payment was made.
Possibility of exchanging the goods
Goods for exchange will be accepted by mutual agreement and will be sent at your expense. Goods must be returned undamaged so as to be re-saleable, in their original packaging and with their vacuum cleaners and tags.
Please do not send by cash on delivery, our shop does not accept these parcels.
Return Policy
In accordance with §12 of Act No. 108/2000 Coll., unless the sale is of goods made according to the specific requirements of the consumer and intended specifically for him/her, the goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The goods will be accepted by mutual agreement at your expense, i.e. you must first inform us of the return (by letter or mail).
An exchange of the goods for a different size phone is possible.
